Morganton Management & Development, LLC is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company located in North Carolina.
We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a 135-unit apartment community.
Our experienced Manager will have experience with a minimum of two years experience, will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors, and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly, and professional.
Morganton Management believes in authenticity and transparency with team members, investors, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Market your apartment community. Build relationships.
- Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
- Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
- Plan, schedule, and host resident events.
- Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
- Standing, lifting, bending.
- Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- A professional, happy, trusting, and respectful attitude is a must.
